2001 Prom Dress Contest

Haberman Fabrics sponsored an exciting Prom Dress Contest to encourage creativity and to support Mothers Against Drunk Driving. Photos and descriptions of contestants (all using Haberman Fabrics materials) were posted on this website and in the store. The public was invited to vote for their favorites as often as desired. A $1.00 minimum donation to M.A.D.D. accompanied each vote.

AND THE WINNER IS...

Contestant #14 LAUREN KIRSCH of Berkley High School
Lauren made her stylish 2-piece dress, a silver and white knit Calvin Klein halter-top and unique silver and white cord embroidered tulle overlay skirt.

Contestant #3, CHELSEA DZENKO of Walled Lake Central High School
Chelsea entered a simply elegant aqua and gold iridescent dupioni silk fitted and flared dress.
