Shirt-Making Magic Workshop
Presented by Haberman Fabrics & Margaret Islander Sewing Systems
Saturday, July 13, 2002, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Students spent a fun and informative day with Islander Sewing Systems instructor, Janet Pray and learned how to make a shirt the professional way, using industrial sewing shortcuts. Plus, the skills they developed while making this shirt will translate to greater successes in all of their sewing projects.
The group worked with Janet’s expert instruction, constructed handsome Classic Sport Shirts, Islander Sewing System Pattern, and enjoyed a delicious lunch too. Lunch was catered by Goombah’s in Royal Oak.
