Sales of all fabrics, trims, books, patterns and pillows are final. We are unable to give refunds. Buttons and notions in unopened packages are exchangeable for other merchandise or for store credit. Original sales receipt must accompany all exchanges. Please keep a copy of it for your records.
Gift Card refund policy: Gift Cards do not expire. They can be used for merchandise or classes at any time by the gift recipient, or given to or shared with someone other than the original recipient. Any unspent balance remains on the card for future use. Gift Cards, or any remaining unspent amounts on Gift Cards, are not refundable.
Class refund policy: Refunds and/or store credits are only available when your class cancellation is made at least 7 full days before the class starts. For example, a cancellation of a Saturday class must be received during business hours, no later than the prior Saturday. If Haberman Fabrics cancels a class, students will be given their choice of a refund or a substitution of another class. No refunds or credits will be given on the day a class has begun. No exceptions. Please mark your calendar with the date your class is scheduled to begin. Haberman Fabrics will not send out additional reminders before your class starts.
Open Sew Agreement: Must be signed in store before using Open Sew space.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Cost of shipping replacement merchandise is the customer’s responsibility.
Please call us at (248) 541-0010 during store hours if you receive merchandise that is damaged or defective. Please save all original packaging and shipping materials, including the receipt. Please do not cut into the fabric. It will not be exchangeable or returnable once cut.
