Terms and Conditions (Refund Policy)

Sales of all Fabrics, Trims, Books and Patterns are FINAL. Sorry, we are unable to give refunds or charge credits.

Buttons, Notions in unopened packages, and Pillow Inserts (tagged and in original bags), are exchangeable for other merchandise or for store credit within 10 days after receipt of merchandise. Original sales receipt must accompany all exchanges. Please keep a copy of it for your records.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Cost of shipping replacement merchandise is the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged Merchandise

Please call us at (248) 541-0010 during store hours if you receive merchandise that is damaged or defective. Please save all original packaging and shipping materials, including the receipt. Please do not cut into the fabric. It will not be exchangeable or returnable once cut.
