IN THE STUDIO 11 - THE BLOUSE
This smart blouse will always be in vogue. It has an unusual collar design that flatters most any neckline. The waistband fastens with a buckle (check out your stash for a special one.) The back has a pleated yoke and a band that gathers at the lower edge of the bodice both front and back. The long pockets end at the waist and have a hidden inset pocket underneath. Generous sleeves end just above the elbow (View A) or are long and rolled up (View B).
