Swatching Online Fabrics
Ordering a swatch is recommended especially if color matching or a specific hand (or drape) is desired. We try our best to accurately represent our fabrics, but we cannot guarantee color matching, as images on individual monitors vary. All Sales are final.
There is a $5.00 fee for each group of 1 to 5 swatches of Online Fabric that we mail to you. But the fee will be credited to your purchase of any of those swatched fabrics.
Your ONLINE Swatch Order will remain in our file for four weeks to give you ample time to decide. After that, we will not have a record of your request. Please be aware that even though we process your order quickly, there is a chance your selection may be sold out before your order can be filled. If that occurs within one week of the date we sent the swatch to you, we will apply your swatch fee to your next request or purchase that is made within four weeks of the original swatch order.
Swatches are small strips, about 1” wide by 3-4“ long. Just big enough to feel the weight and texture and verify the color. If the fabric has a large design or pattern that is not visible in the online photos, we can include a photo or scan with your swatch.
